Printing: Design previews for the magic mugs are available on request after order has been placed.

Warranty: Full warranty for your order of Giftsmate customized magic mug on any transit damage or manufacturing or printing defects with a new replacement. Please provide high quality images to be printed on the magic mug, if the quality of images is poor, warranty on printing quality is not admissible.

Shipping & Delivery: All mugs are shipped via Bluedart or Fedex across India depending on their service locations. If preview is requested your order will be shipped only after preview has been approved.
